Our standards

Editorial Policy

Trust is earned through transparent methods, careful sourcing, and prompt corrections.

Accuracy and sourcing

We verify material claims before publication and favour primary sources such as official documents, direct interviews, company filings, product documentation, and original research. Anonymous sources are used only when the information is important and the source faces a credible risk.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently of advertisers, sponsors, and commercial partners. Sponsored material is clearly labelled and does not receive preferential editorial coverage.

AI-assisted workflows

We may use AI tools to assist research, transcription, drafting, or production. AI output is not treated as a source. Material facts must be checked against credible sources, and a human editor remains responsible for every published article.

Corrections

When we make a material error, we correct it promptly and note the change where context requires it. Send correction requests to hello@stackwire.co.zw with the article URL and supporting evidence.

Conflicts and review coverage

Writers disclose relevant financial or personal interests. Review products supplied by companies are identified, and access to a product does not guarantee favourable coverage.
